    Hi,

    You can use If/Else Condition or Conditional Branch to add another level of approval to your form.
    For more details regarding Approval please check the guide.

    You can also watch the video that shows an example of If/Else Condition or Conditional Branch.

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for your response.

    I tried the guide and watched the video, yet I am not getting it right.

    Can you assist me to setup this approval by login into my PC remotely to help me do the setup please?

    I would appreciate your timely response and let me know the software for login into my PC, either teamviewer, AnyDesk, Microsoft team, e.t.c

    I await your response soonest.

    Regards,

    Richard

    @oyinloyer

    Thank you for following up.

    I apologize, but I will not be able to offer remote help. However, I have had a look at a clone of your form and set up a very rudimentary flow that requires two approvals. You can clone this form to utilize the flow.

    Please note that as you do not have a field where submitters can enter their email, you will not be able to send automatic emails informing them of the status of their status.

    The form to clone is: https://form.jotform.com/213135200918951

    Please see this guide on how to clone it: How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.
