Output encrypted - but only when exported

Dear Jotform

When I look in my inbox I see the answer that has been submittet correctly, but when I transfer to excel the text has been encrypted - what can I do the keep the data during my export?BR Troels

Looks like you have Encryption enabled in your form. Kindly note that the data can not be exported as Excel or PDFs in encrypted forms.
