There is an issue with my form

    Hi, I dunno what happened with my Zayed appointment card.

    it allows duplicate appointments.

    so please if you can help me fix this problem or tell me what's wrong with it?

    Hi Mianala,

    Yes that's exactly what i mean, I find a lot of customers booking the same appointment so when i check my excel sheet as I made the form to be opened in an excel sheet, I find a lot of duplicate appointments.

    Hi,

    I checked your form and the appoinment field option is not set to one timeslot per user.

    To fix it, you need to update the Appointment settings and follow this screenshot guide:
