Hello, I would like to give to another team full access to a specific form, so that they
can edit and so on... What's the best way for doing it? Do they need to create a Jotform account on their own? Thanks

You can share the collaboration link with the user to let them edit the form:

Let us know if you have any further queries.
Thanks.

Yes thanks, it was the solution I'm thinking about. But in this way they will also have full access to the received answers atc.? They will have full rights without a Jotform account or would they need to create one? a free one or a paying one?
Thanks -

Please note that when you share form's collaboration URL with users, they will only be able to edit your form in the editor, but they will not be able to check the submissions you have received in form.
Your user do not need to have Jotform account to access collaboration URL.
Hope this helps.

Ok, thanks.
So what do you suggest if we have created a form and we want from now onwards give a third party complete access to it (that is editing it, access to any setting of it and managing the submissions)?
The only possibility is to ask them to create a Jotform account on their own? And afterwards how do we "pass" them the form?

Please note that if you want to give other user complete control of your form, the only option is to ask your other user to sign up for a Jotform account. You can then send us a message to transfer the form to other user account, we will do the needful.
Hope this helps.
