Unable to download PDF documents

    Now this form: https://form.jotform.com/211455010156139.

    The color formatting changed without us adjusting it. PDFs are not coming through on emails and I can't even download them when I go into the system.

    Please escalate this beyond the team it's with right now. We need to access these PDF's today.

    Can you please let us know are you trying to download your PDF documents from PDF Editor, Inbox, or Tables? Do you get any errors when you try to download them? Are you trying to download individual files or all of them at once?

    Also, please let us know what color has been changed? Can you please share a screenshot of your PDF file before the change? Please click here to see how to share images with us.

    They weren't downloading from the PDF Editor, Inbox or Tables. Individual files.

    The digital form colors changed, not the PDF.

    Upon testing, I was able to regularly download the PDF from PDF Editor and submissions table as well:


    I cleared your forms cache. I'd suggest you to clear your browser cookies and cache as well before trying again.

    Have you tried to check your form revision history to see if your form design has been edited, and eventually restore the form to a previous working version?
