How do I add my Hotjar tracking code to jotform

Hi Jotform,

I'd like our Hotjar tracking code to be added to the Jotform "Aanvraagformulier Kinderfeest" form. I've read on your support page that the Hotjar tracking code needs to be added to the source code and then uploaded to our server. However, I can't seem to find the "source code" option in the "embed" section. Could you please help add the code to our form?

Hello,

Unfortunately source code is only available to classic layout and not card mode which your form is. You'll need to change the layout to classic if you wish to add this tracking in as scripts are now allowed to be used, which is why the form needs to be hosted on your website.
