Question about Plans - if I enrolled for the bronze would my customers still need to create an account?

Requiring users to create an account all depends on how you've setup your form and how they are given access. If your form is public and you just provide a basic link to your form they will not have to create an account.

If the form is private or you assign the form to a person on a public form, they will have to create an account as it keeps track of where the assigned people are in the process of filling out your form. If your form is set to company access they will also need to create an account to make sure they have a matching email domain.
