Notification Email: Not arriving as intended

    Hello,


    On this form: https://www.jotform.com/212986290069162 we have it set up that someone receives notifications when someone fills it out.

    However, they have NOT been receiving the notification emails. They are also not in their spam folder.


    Do you know what's going wrong or how to fix it?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked the email logs and can see one email being sent out for submission #5123734224023140537. Can you confirm you did not receive this email?

    I have further confirmed your email is not on the bounce list. Would you perhaps reach out to your Email Service Provider and ask them to whitelist Jotforms IPs and domains? You can find a complete list here: Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.

    Here are three form submissions where no emails were sent. Please note that these are just three examples. All of our form submissions from all jotforms submitted new or edited after 10:03 AM EST today have not been received in our Microsoft Outlook email inboxes. Not in junk, not in Spam. No email received.
