This happened because your account ended up going over the plan limit for the month. Our system indicates you current have 1020 submissions which have been received (20 over the 1000 premium plan mark). So it has automatically barred you from receiving more until the next new month kicks in.

I've gone ahead and fixed this for you by queuing you for cancellation for paypal since our records show this is how you paid for your plan. I have also dialed you backwards a couple of submissions and removed bar limit for the time being to allow you time until this has all taken effect. Please note that this is not automatic on our end so our billing team must do this which is usually done within about a week depending on how busy they are.

However, you can expedite this yourself much faster by logging into your own paypal account and finding your JotForm Subscription #S-20G8490345086613P. If you go ahead and end up cancelling it on your end now though please let us know and we will correct it and go ahead and place you back on the free plan.

You can follow the steps below for further instruction on how to do that:

    (1) Login to your Paypal Account

    (2) Find the latest payment you have made to JotForm

    (3) Click the subscription number for that transaction

    (4) Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.
