    Please Help ASAP! I cannot find "Shared for you"

    Hello, I have a form that was shared with me that I need to access and I don't see a "Shared with you" page or tab on My Forms page.  Please advise asap!  Thank you.

    I tried to go back and edit my message above to attached the screen shot, but I don't see that option any more.  I don't see it here either, so here is the web address:  http://www.jotform.com/myforms/

    Per the suggestions to other users with my same problems, I have also gone into my Settings and cleared my Cache.  I still don't see Shared For You.

    If you have already cleared your accounts cache, do try also to clear your browser's cache and log back in to your account. If the issue persists, verify with the form's owner if that form in particular is still being shared with your account. If it is, please ask the owner to remove the share and recreate it.

    Thank you for your response.  It appears that the problem has something to do with Windows Internet Explorer 8.  I cleared my browwer cache and went back in and I still see the sample page on the left....Account Status, underneath that Submissions, underneath that Upload Space, underneath that Payment Submissions and underneath that Secure SSL submissions.  Then below that is has Recent News.

    Luckily, my company has allowed us to also use Google Chrome for times when we have problems with Internet Explorer, so I tried logging in via Chrome and clicking on My Forms and I see Shared With You clearly on the left side and the file that was shared with me is in there.

    This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've had a problem using a feature in Jotform and it turned out that it was because I was in jotform.com via Windows Internet Explorer.

    Thank you for your update.

    Our new My Forms page is not designed for outdated browsers such as Internet Explorer 8, so unfortunately, we can not guarantee that this is going to be fixed.

    The Google Chrome browser is a great choice, and we happy to hear that the issue is solved.
