    HI,

     i LIKE THIS form. http://www.jotform.us/form/40761658595164

After adding a total of 3 members or maybe not adding anything just the price, Can you make this form to make the total price in 3 payments?

You see my goal is to have a fixed amouht of 2298.00 and make 4 options of payments.

Payment 1 - Full payment 2298 + addiotnal members at 1698 each with it;s text field

Payment 2 - 2 payments  of total amount, obviiously it wil be divided by 2, again add those team member fields at 1698 each

    payment 3 - 3 payments

    payment 4 - in 4 payments.

    Hello edusa2000,

Do you mean to say that you want to add full payment and recurring payment of 2 installments in one form.

Unfortunately you can have only one payment question in your form that means you can only have either full payment or recurring payment.

To achieve your requirement, you will have to create two different form and have different payment types in both of them Then you can create a master form and embed both the forms there.

Please take a look at the following form and see if this looks okay to you:  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40742366273960

The above form is actually a master form where we have embedded two following forms:

    Recurring Payment:  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40741618556963

    Full Payment:  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40742186739967

Will this be an acceptable solution to you. Feel free to clone these form for closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:  http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    Thank you!

Can you please clarify what SUBMIT BUTTON you wanted to add?

I clearly see the image you had provided in your previous response.

I checked your account and found this form http://www.jotform.us/form/40761658595164 which clearly have SUBMIT button on it

This form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40786499858984  is NOT your form.

It is our colleague's pinoytech form.

The reason I initially suggested you clone the form

You can just clone the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/40786499858984 provided by our colleaguepinoytech.

     Use this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

Once you have the form on your account, you can now add a submit button to it.

    Thanks.

OK. I cloned this one on my account, here it is

    http://form.jotform.us/form/40788882861168

Now when I added 2 memmbers and clcik on submit, it adds the total, which is fine, but it wants me to pay the full amount. but i need to do it in 2 paymenmts.

So for instance if the total is 5694.00, then the first payment would be 2847.00 and a month later another one for the same ammount.

We just need the calculation here.

    Hello edusa2000,

It seems that you want two payment option in your form, one is full payment option and another is recurring payment option.

As I have mentioned earlier in this thread, we do not have features where you can have multiple payment options in one thread. You can only have one, either full payment or recurring payment.

Unless my colleagues have any other idea, you will have to add two forms to achieve your requirement as mentioned in my answer above. But I am not sure how to add quantity options in recurring payment (subscriptions.)

    Thank you!
