I use jotform for my business. I would like to remove it from my personal email and create a user name and password. Is there a way to convert the way I log into my account with jot form?

Hello,
I'm guessing you're using the login through Google so you have no password assigned to your account? In order to get a password set for your account go to the login screen and click on forgot password. You'll then be emailed instructions on resetting your password which will then set a password to your account.

You can then go into your account settings and change your password.

If you want your username changed after that, we will have to do that for you as you're a paid account. If you can provide 3 usernames in order of preference we can try to change it to those. Do note that usernames must be alphanumeric and can only contain "_" as a special character. We ask for a few since usernames are unique in case your first choices are taken.
