Can I create a form with two payment options?

Hi Jotform! I glanced at some help questions but not sure where to look for the answer to my question so thought I'd just ask!...

We have a simple form set up to collect info from people who want to sponsor an event at our school, and to allow them to pay for their sponsorship with a credit card.

IDEALLY, we'd like to use the same form to allow people to also choose "pay by check" -- they fill out everything on the form but the credit card info (we set up a question that asks them to choose "pay with credit card - enter your credit card info below" OR "pay by check - mail check to...")

However, when we tested it out (not entering credit card info) we got a "bad request" error when we tried to submit it. So, is there a way to set up the form so that entering the credit card payment info is optional? It would be nice to not have to use a separate form for the people paying by check.

    Thanks for any guidance!

By default forms are only allowed to use one payment integration. There is however a bit of a workaround to have two. You will need to make 3 separate forms, one to collect payments, one to have a purchase order on, and a third that has a multiple choice option of which payment method they would like which then conditionally opens up the correct form that is populated inside an Iframe.
