Items in Product List Disappear

When I select the checkboxes for items in this form https://form.jotform.com/213066250426145 the item disappears before I can select the quantity.

Hi,

It seems that the CSS code on the form is causing it.
Please remove the CSS, and the products should not disappear from the form:
