Jotform not requiring all questions

I've made every question in this jotform required. When I'm editing the form, every question has the required (*), but when I go to the published version, only some of the questions are required. I've tried closing my browser, restarting my computer, selecting all questions from the Manage Multiple Fields option and requiring them from there, and also individually un-requiring and re-requiring them to no avail. Please advise.
