Our account has been disabled. How can I get it back

    our account (granitesecurity) was disabled today.  I'm not sure I know why. The message said it was because we had reached our limit. Is there a way you an tell us the activity and what are our options on how to get this functionality back?

    Your account has been temporary disabled because you already exceeded your submissions limit as free user have. You can receive up to 100 submission per month and you received 200 submissions already. So, to enable your account back you must upgrade your account to one of our paid plans you find in our PRICING page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing 

    Otherwise you will have to wait until the first day of the next month, when the submission counter of all our users is reset.

    If you prefer to upgrade your account, make sure to be logged in while upgrading.
