When you say 10 GB of Space is that the amount of content that can be loaded per month via the form?

    Thank you for contacting us.

No, this is a Total Storage Space limit that we provide with Premium subscription. In other words, you form users will be able to upload up to 10GB through your forms. Their uploads will be stored at our servers, and you will be able to access them at any time. Also, you can delete form submission entries with uploads to clear some space.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance on this. We will be happy to help.

I have already crossed the limit of space, but I don't want to delete subscriptions to free more space.. I would like just to delete some photos (presente en each submission) in oder to get more space. Why it won't be possible??

Uploaded files are associated with the form submissions. The only way to delete these files is to delete the submissions in your form submissions page.

Just FYI, you can actually download the entire form submissions of your form for your backup copy and then you can delete these submissions on your form submissions page afterwards.

Another possible way is to delete the file upload field on your form. This should delete all the uploaded files associated to it. You can then replace it with a new file uploaded filed.

Let us know should you have any further concerns.
