Fields not showing up in Inbox

    Having a problem with this form, which just went online today:

    We've had one registrant so far — but not all of his completed fields show up in the Inbox window.

    They show in the email we received after he registered, but not in Inbox.

    All the fields also show in Tables, if I look at the spreadsheet what was submitted.

    But not in Inbox.

    Hi Kim,

    I cloned and tested your form and got the same results. Multiple filled fields not visible when viewed from the Inbox. All fields available when submissions if viewed from Submission Tables and email notification.

    I'm raising this to our backend developers for further checks. You will get a response from them on this same thread as soon as an update is available. Thank you for your patience.
