I've developed several forms for my website using Jot forms and I am concerned that if Jot Forms ever goes out of business it will mess up everything. Can you let me know what would happen to my forms, in the event that ever happens.

Thank you for your message. Thankfully, we are getting stronger and better through the years. We owe it to you, our loyal subscribers for sticking with us over the years. And we do not shortchange our valued members, which currently stands at around 300,000 satisfied clients. We are already on Version 3, with each version introducing an impressive set of revolutionary improvements. And we are never stopping!
While it is far from our minds at this point, we cannot discount the possibiity of getting the bubble to burst. In case of us going out of business, entering into a merger, or a buyout, it is our responsibility to inform you beforehand and it is your right to know in advance. We will also provide you with instructions on how to retrieve your data since your data will not be retained due to privacy and security reasons. This is what I saw from experience with other online services that closed shop, I believe the process will still be the same in case JotForm shuts down. Surely, we will not let you go unprepared and uninformed.
