I'm making a Scorecard and I'd like my users to be able to view the total scores right on the form, but I don't want it to be editable because it could lead to tampering with the original score.

Hello gdomorillo,
Thank you for using Jotform!
Yes, you can set the field as read-only. I cloned your form and I'll explain on it. Please follow these steps:
- Optionally, click the properties of the field and unhide it on the Advanced tab. (If you wouldn't like the users to see the field named Total Score.)
- After that, click the wand button named Widget Settings.
- Click the three dots button.
- Open the Options tab.
- Check the box named "Result field is only-read".
- Back and save.
Now, your responders cannot edit the field named Total Score and can only see.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any question(s).

Hi Monte,
Awesome! Thanks for the support!
However, I still have one problem. In my form, I would insert three scores in the three parameters under Customer Handling, which is to be exact the division of points.
The Customer Handling parameter accounts for 10% of the total. I would have like to break this down into three sub-parameters. Is it possible to enter 10/3 in the calculation field instead of a decimal number?
Current configuration:
Desired Configuration:
Hope there's a possible solution on this one as well. Thanks :)

Hello again gdmorillo,
A notation as you state is not possible, unfortunately. But I'll suggest an alternative method. Please follow these steps:
- Because the total score of the matrix is 10 points, assign 10 points to each "yes" question like this
- After that the settings of Form Calculation Widget.
- Add each Proper handling value (Proper handling / 3) to sum like this:
Thanks to this method, you can equal all rows, but yet it'll be calculated 6.67 if you have 2 yes and 1 no because of math rules and because that your decimal preference is 2.
Please reach to us if you need any assistance.

Hi Monte,
I tried your technique, and it worked for the section I'm working on. When I try to score in the "Problem Solving" part, however, the Total Score disappears.
Current Configuration:
Actual Result:
I'm hoping it can still be worked out.

Hi there,
It seems that there is an error on your Form Calculation as it lacks a Mathematical symbol for this field value:
Please make the change and let us know if the issue still persists.
Awaiting your response.
Best.
