Do your forma interface with Godaddy Website Builder?

I have a website at Godaddy and want to embed the form I created on jotform but when I paste the code in, nothing happens. Can you help me? Do I nee to insert a

beore and after the code or something?

Also, what does "submissions" neam" I see I have 1,000 submissions and can earn more but I do not know what that term means. Please help. Thanks.
