    Hello,

How can we send form results to email A and B, when a certain answer to a question is submitted e.g. radio button A is submitted from Question A, but to email C for another response result e.g. radio button B of Question A? i.e. rather than just sending all responses to all email addresses set up to receive responses?

Keen to use a template such as IT Service Request

    Thanks,

    Emma

    Hi,

You must first set up the email addresses that you want to send the form submissions to. Do this from the form settings by going to the emails tab and adding new emails.

From there, go to the conditions tab and choose Change E-mail Recipient.

Change the IF condition to the question, the state condition to "Is Equal To" and the value condition to the answer you want for the email recipient.

You can change the recipients for all of your question answers individually.
