Notification Email: Missing form values in email sent

    When we submit our form, it is missing information.

    Hi,

    I have downloaded your submission and the data is appearing in the downloaded PDF, I can see the data on your submissions page as well.

    Where are you downloading the PDf from?

    Is this happening for all your submissions?

    When it is emailed to us, no information is showing. Download yes, but not via email, which is what we need.

    Not sure what you mean NOT UPDATED. These are all being answered before we submit as it is required.

    Hi,

    My colleague is referring to the emails that is sent out, you will have to follow the steps above to fix the emails going out and not the form itself. The form itself is perfectly fine but the email that is sent out does not contain all the form fields which you would have to add to the email template.

    Hi there,

    The missing info on your Email notification is using the wrong data variable, which is why it is empty when you received it via email.

    Since you've already tried the instruction my colleague has provided.

    I would suggest you create a new email notification, and see if that fixes the issue.

    I have also cleared your form cache as a precaution.

    Let us know if the issue still persists.
