Form will show automatically on my wordpress page

Asked by edusa2000 on March 20, 2014 at 06:23 PM

I have a form that has 2 optins that loads 2 pages. So when I landed on my page with those 2 options to display forms, it shows both forms automatically. In order for me to fix it, I have to refresh the page. This is annoying because the customers will not know that need to refresh.

I embed the form by using the <script> </script> method. I don't want to use iframe becauae I don't want to have its own window,

    refresh

    Hi,

It would help us provide you with appropriate and better suggestions if have shared to us the URL of your WP website where we can ate least test the actual form.

For the meantime, have you also tried re-embedding the form to your WP website using this method

    http://www.jotform.com/blog/83-Embed-Form-Plugin-for-Wordpress

The embed plugin will not require the iframe code, so it should work to your requirement.

Please try this. Inform us if issue still persist even after doing so already.

    Thanks!
