Form Title Issue

Hello,

I recently cloned a jotform, and for some reason the old title from the originally cloned Jotform still appears despite me changing the title. At the top it says comedy, bottom it says Boogie.

Can you assist, screenshot below for reference.

I've cloned your form and it looks like the email subject wasn't changed on the notification email the reason why you still see 'Grand Oaks Comedy Night" to change it you need to go to your form builder and go to the 'Settings' tab then select 'Email' from the left menu and click on the pencil icon from the notification email and set a custom email subject or use the existing form fields like on the video below.
