Email notifications didn't go out yesterday

    What happened with the system yesterday? It looks like none of the Customer Updates submitted between 11:13 AM and 5:42 PM sent the email notification. Was there a system issue yesterday I'm not aware of?

    The same thing happened to our Not Booked Form submissions. Nothing was emailed after 10:46 AM.

    Is there a way to resend all of the forms that were submitted during that time to the correct emails?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Yesterday we had a temporary technical glitch for a very short period of time, but it was resolved immediately by our backend team.

    Please check if the email notifications are now being received correctly or not. Do get back to us if you have any trouble.

    One of the forms is emailing correctly, but the Not Booked Form is not. I just did two test submissions and neither went through.

    Two follow up questions.

    1. Can you trigger the ones from yesterday that were not sent to resend using the conditions, so I don't have to go back 1-by-1?
    2. Is there a notification I can sign up for that will notify me when there is a system issue?

    Can we send a test submission directly to the form to test?
