Is there a way to get Jotform to rename the files that the end user's uploaded

We have a file upload element on multiple forms that we have created which we have integrated with OneDrive, which are then sent via email via Power Automate to one of internal mailboxes. Since the files are being uploaded by the end-user, the filename on the files that are uploaded are not standardized (they are named whatever the end user named them) and the department that manages the mailbox where they are sent is having trouble keeping the files organized and/or locating them among a large number of other emails.

Is there a way to get JotForm to rename the files that the end user's upload by using information taken from elements on the form similar to the way that the main PDF document is able to do so? We would like to be able to use the name data from the form to include it in the file name of the file uploaded but it doesn't appear to be possible. Is there a setting that I am missing or perhaps some sort of widget that would accomplish this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to rename an uploaded file in Jotform.

Have you tried renaming the file in your Microsoft power automate flow?

I believe it renaming a file should be possible within your flow.

We can, but there is no way to do so dynamically so that it will pull the submitter's name from the data provided by them on the form.

Thank you for taking the time updating us. As of now, there is no option or feature to dynamically rename the file using the form on submission uploads.

The most we can do for now is to submit a feature request ticket to our dev team to have this capability in the future. I did this just now.
