Hi,
You can add the Form Title located at Email Content Form Fields.

Hi Christopher thank you for your reply. unfortunately I don't think I explain the question very well.
I have this form on each of my product pages, each page is a different product. Each website page has a product title for example <title>Engelsk Sprogkursus i Aarhus | Professionel sprogkursus</title>
Is it possible to some how have this html page title show up somewhere on the form or even the url so that I can identify from what page my contact is filling the form in from and therefore when I contact them I can discuss the product they are interested in.
I tried to add the widget that gets the url but I was unable to get that to work. -

Thank you for explaining your concern further, we appreciate it. May we know if the widget you are referring to in your latest response to this ticket is the Get Referrer widget, please?

However, if you would like to get the URL of the page where your form is embedded and submitted then, what you need to add to your form is the Get Form Page URL widget.

Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks Mike_G - all is working perfectly.
Just needed to add the widget and then add the field to the email notification. :-)
