Hello,
I am trying to make a HIPAA compliant password for my account, but it is not letting me submit a new password.
The green "Create A New Password" prompt is stuck, and when I click it, there is no response, despite following all the requirements for a new password.

Could you please confirm if you have followed all the requirements for a HIPAA-compliant password?
Could you also please try clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser and check if the issue persists?

Hey,
It started working, I think it had to do with a permissions thing with the admin of the form.
