How do i create a form that i feel in the Fields The data is Going into a certain Place In a document (contract for example)

and then at the end i can :
1 Print the documents with all the fields i had put data in

2 integrate and send the form to third party signature via Docusign

Also, you may add the original PDF attachment to the email autoresponder for further printing:

Unfortunately, the DocuSign widget can not be mapped on the original PDF document.

However, you may add the Signature element instead:

1) On the Form Builder, tap the Add Form Element button and find the Signature field under the Basic tab.

2) Add the Signature field to your form.

3) You can drag and drop the area formed in the "Original PDF" field on the right to the place to be signed.
