    Dear Sirs,

    I would like to return to the free subscription as I have been paying some months for the premium subscription. I have already selected the downgrade option but I can not see that the status has changed.

    Could you please check if I did right?

    My user is Gabinet and my email: Billing name: Síndic de Greuges de Catalunya, Product ID 63462
