Help to reinstate Nonprofit Account-Plz

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to reinstate our Jotform nonprofit account? If yes would you please tell me what I need to do? TY VM.

Thank you for your assistance. Tbh, it's been a while since it was set up, if I remember correctly the account was initially and may still be connected to gohorse.transport@gmail.com, but I think the non-profit account was set-up under guardianoakfarm@gmail.com. We have several email addresses and if not under one of these 2 email accounts, I will list more.
