I'm trying to use a web hook to capture my hippa data and then use that web hook with a microsoft flow, so I can populate a spreadsheet in our sharepoints. Please assist on how to do this.

    Greetings,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

If you want to set up Webhook for your online form, you can follow this guide below:

How to Setup a Webhook with Jotform

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct integration with Sharepoint. It is possible to connect Jotform and Sharepoint with Microsoft Flow.

    https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/shared_jotform/jotform/

Please check and let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you!

What are the work around for submitting HIPPA jotform submissions to our sharepoints? It doesn't make sense that we couldn't since sharepoint and microsoft flow are hippa complaint.

    Hi,

Yes, Sharepoint states that it is HIPAA compliant. This service uses both technical and administrative protections to comply with HIPAA regulations. Also, Microsoft will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

You may read more about this using this guide below:

    GUIDE: is-hipaa-compliant/sharepoint

You can also add a form to SharePoint. To do that, you can refer to this guide below:

    GUIDE: adding-a-form-to-sharepoint

Please give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
