Locked out of Account - Need Access by 6PM (EST)

I can't recall my password, and when I thought I did, I got locked out of my account. I need to access my account by 6pm; I'm doing a presentation at 6:30pm(EST) and I need to disseminate the link via the presentation to get feedback. Please Help.
