Customers completing this form should receive an automatic response email, right away, after placing the order.
Can you assist?
It seems to be happening specifically when customers are selecting our Woodbury, MN location.

On inspecting the form and the conditions it seems that there are no issues with the conditions.
Could you please let us know the submission IDs of those submissions for which the emails were not triggered?
