Changing intervals from 8 to 15

Does changing from 8 min intervals to 15 min time slots, cancel appointments already made? We have multiple times already taken at 8 mins per slot. We want to change to 15 min time slots. Will the previous appointments be overridden? We don't want peoples already scheduled appointments to be overridden.

Based on my tests, the already-taken slots will remain scheduled even if you changed the time slots duration. So it cannot override the existing appointments.

You may want to test it as well on a test form so you could confirm how it works on your end.

The issue is not that the appointments don't still stand but it opened up booking on all those other times in addition to what was already booked. Per my testing on our less important form. So I switched it back.

Upon further testing, yes, you are correct.

So I think a solution would be to create another Appointment field for 15-min slots, then just hide the other with the 8-min slots.

Or just create another form for that and discontinue using the 8-min slots form.
