We are having the same issue as of late. About 20% of the PDF's are coming in corrupt. PLEASE do not ask me to re-do the emails, as I have 106 forms and don't have time to do your job for you.
With a paid account, I hate that the only support is via message board.
This seems to be a recurring issue with Jotform and it is really causing our business problems.

Could you please try to enable it again? Also, some autoresponders are not checked off to be sent upon submission.
Besides that submission ID 5123673942028104299 where the PDF attachment came corrupted, could you provide us the IDs of few more submissions where the same issue happened? https://www.jotform.com/help/549-where-to-find-the-submission-id/
We would escalate that information to our back-end team.
