Why am I prompted to sign in or create an account when accessing approval links?

    Hi,

I have 3 forms. All 3 forms have approval workflows. Each form's approval workflow contains two 'approve and sign' steps. All 'approve and sign' steps across all 3 forms (6 steps total) are all marked to NOT require the approver to sign in. The expectation is: Anyone possessing the email containing the approve/deny links should be able to sign and complete the approval/denial without needing to sign in. Actual: If I do not have a signed-in session to JotForm established in browser and I click an approve/deny link, it lands me on a page asking me to sign in or create an account. Why is this happening?

    Thanks!

Please disregard. I just noticed the only time this occurs is when the approval workflow is already completed. I tried again with a new, unprocessed approval and it worked as expected.
