    Hey Guys!

     

    I am looking to re-create my web form, in jot forms, to be an identical clone.

    What is the best way to do this?

    Hi,

     

    Go to "Create Form", Select "Import Form", and then select "From a web page".

    Insert your page URL http://manassasgym.com/ , and Jotform will create the form for you. Magic

    As shproperties mentioned go to "MY forms"> Create form > Import form> From a webpage:
