We can do that for you. Just provide at least 3 usernames in order of preference, and we will be using the first available one.

Spaces and special characters, unfortunately, are not allowed but you can use an underscore.

Please note as well that if you have assigned custom URLs on your form, it will no longer work once the username is changed. You would need to create a new one using your new username.
