Hello,
We have https://form.jotform.com/211045351199149 published on rugspa.com as an embedded form. As of recently, any updates I make to the form in Jotform do not reflect on the form embedded on the website.
It seems to be stuck in a certain version. You can see for youself by comparing them:
An example, we added the verified email feature. It's on the jotform link but not on the website. We also fixed a pretty important math error that is also not reflecting on the form found on the website.
Thanks

As checked, the fields in the embedded form now matches the one in Jotform direct form URL:
You have embedded the form using its default script embed code so the changes should reflect as soon as changes are made in the form builder.

Hello John,
On my end, it is still showing an older version of the form:
If I compare it to the preview through Jotform, it shows the latest version:
I also fixes a calculation error by changing an value from 0.87 to 0.09. If I finish the form in this preview mode, the correct value comes out. But if I go through the website, it is still calculating the old value.
I understand Jotform updates automatically after changes, but it seems it's stuck in a specific version on the website.
Can you help us fix this problem?
Thanks

Hi there,
The form is showing correctly here as well. This could be a browser cache issue on your end. Please try it in a different browser or try incognito/private mode.
I've cleared your form cache from here. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks

Hello Vick,
I have tired on two different browsers (and did it incognito mode) and still getting the old form. We run traffic to this form with Google Advertising, and all the form submissions we are getting is from this older version of the form (I know because the math error I corrected is still happening on the submissions).
Are you sure you went to rugspa.com and clicked on the Estimate Button? I'm surprised you are able to see the latest version of the form, as everyone on our team is seeing the old one.
Thanks,
William

Hi there,
I've checked your website rugspa.com and checked on the form. I can confirm that the correct form is showing, I even tried on an incognito browser, and as well as the Opera browser still the new updated form is showing on your website. Can you try to re-embed your form to your site?
Let us know how it goes
