My Downloads - page not available

    Good day.

    I downloaded my forms. Received my email notification that my download is ready and the link says the page is not available.

    What am I doing wrong. Please help

    Thank you for your query. I am sorry that this is causing you problems.

    The link you provided seems to be working on my side. I was able to download the submission of the form.

    Can you provide a URL of the form and the a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can see what is going on from your side?
