I'm having trouble authenticating my Box.com account. I've tried going through the authentication process four or five times. I click "Authenticate" under the Integrations tab, enter my Box user name and password, click "Authorize" and then click "Grant Access to Box". Then it just takes me back to the Box Integration Wizard and asks me to Authenticate again.
Can you help?

I just did the integration, and it's successful without any issues with the second window for the authentication process.
Don't you see the message that says authorization is successful after you grant access? Like this:
After you see this, you just need to click "Next" button to proceed.
If you don't see this and still see the "Authenticate" button then please kindly try to logout from Jotform, then re-login and do the integration again. Also try using another browser.
I also clear your forms cache (How to Clear your Form Cache). I hope this helps.
