From what I understood you wish to incorporate a form in an office 365 website.
I kindly ask you to share with us the form's and website's url so we can be more precise in our support.
Thank you

Mentioned website link is showing 403 FORBIDDEN error on my side.
If you would like to share form submission results on your web page you might consider using our online reports:
How to create an HTML Table Listing Report?
How to create a Grid Listing report?
You can embed such reports directly to your web page. Is this something that might work in your case?
Thank you.
