Hello. I have noticed that when I use the simple paypal payment tool I can setup the shipping cost parameter in the payment wizard (other options section), while that is not possible when I use the paypal PRO tool. Why that? How can I configure a shipping cost for my items using a paypal pro payment tool?

Yes - It currently does not support the shipping option as in Paypal (not pro).
I have raised a feature request for the same.
In the meantime, please try this workaround and let us know if it helps. I believe it works for Standard Paypal accounts.

We were suppposed to have this implemented last week, but Paypal Pro's API Sandbox is having some issues, so we stopped working on it until the issues are resolved. We cannot implement a feature without extensive testing, and the API sandbox is crucial to this process.
We will inform you when it becomes available.

I am happy to to inform you that shipping is now available for forms integrated with Paypal Pro.
