Issues with after the form is completed

    Hello,

     

    I have a few people complaning that the form takes them to a blank page after they submit the the form.  I just tried it with the same broswer (chrome) and it worked just fine...

     

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Candi,

    The Thank You Message page has a white background, and your form submitters may have seen the bottom part which looks empty and would require to scroll a bit above to see the thank you message. 

    Did you check if the submission went through your form submissions page? If the submissions are there, then most likely, that's what happening when they submit to the form.

    You may consider creating your own custom thank you page URL? This guide: Custom Thank You URL
