    I purchased a Premium subscription but it says that I almost reach my 100 submission limit

    We would like to inform you that your JotForm account has almost reached 100 submissions per month this month. Free accounts are limited to 100 submissions per month. Your forms will be automatically disabled once you reach your allocated quota.

    Hi,

    You received that email because your account conradsoutfitters has almost reached the 100 submissions that as free account it has.

    Since you stated that you purchased a paid subscription, I also check our records and made a search using the Reference Number #INT131229-8267-22800 and I found that the subscription belongs to the account OUTFITTERS  and not to conradsoutfitters.

    So, is OUTFITTERS the account you wish to be the paid one? If not, we can correct it for you, but you need to make the request to change the subscription to the account conradsoutfitters while being logged in as OUTFITTERS.

    We will wait for your response.

    Yes please show OUTFITTERS to be the paid account. the accout that is connected to

    In that case you should be all set, the account OUTFITTERS is on premium status, it only shows this form though, while conradsoutfitters  shows 4 forms

    We could transfer them to your paid account. Please let us know if this is what you want to do

    Hello,

    Just go to http://jotformpro.com/login and select "Forgot Password?"

    Enter the account Username = OUTFITTERS , and you will recieve an email on the address on file with steps on how to access your account.

    Let us know if this helps.

    I can log into accout conradsoutfitters but can't log into accout conrads  .. need help

    Hi, the email address used on the conrads account is info@conradsoutfitters.com, please try to reset your password again, and the email will be sent to that email address.

    can't sign into my accout conrads allways comes up conradsoutfitters can you please help?

    Can you remove evert thing from the accout conradsoutfitters and also remove this free accout

    so i can hopefully open up in conrads accout. I thank you so much for you help.

    Hi Conrad,

    This probably due to saved cache  on your browser. Can you please try clearing it first before trying again. Use this guide to clear the browser's cache.

    And it is because both of the username was using the same e-mail account.

    I have deleted the FREE account conradsoutfitters.

    You can try again login using the conrad username.
