job forms subscription expiration and client content

If my job form susbscription expired, would the forms that I have created for my clients stop working too?

I mean, the content that I embed on a website. Will it keep there if my Jotform subscription expires, will they lose any type of functionality or benefit, like HIPPA compliance, etc?

You will lose HIPAA compliance since it is only available for SILVER and GOLD subscription plan.

Hello,

If your subscription expires for HIPAA accounts, you'll be downgraded to a free account and your forms will be disabled. If it was a non HIPAA account your forms would still be available up to the free limits but HIPAA makes them disabled once the downgrade happens to keep the protected information safe and secure.
