changing name of form

Hello, Ive changed the title of my form and when I copy the link to share it, it still has an old name and date. Can you please advise how to change it fully in all ways?

To change the form title, please update your form settings page.

1. Open your form and go to the Settings page.

2. Select the Form Settings tab.

3. Update the Form Title.

4. Click the Show More Options button.

5. Update the Page Title form.
