My forms is not working. Customers are having trouble filling out form and sending it.
I also noticed some of the items in the form are checked off and it won't let me delete it. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out.
I apologize for the inconvenience. For the already selected choices this can be cleared from the Advanced settings. You will have to deselect all the selected fields.
Further, regarding the issue your submitters are facing, do you have any details that might help us identify the issue? Are they receiving any error messages, for example?
